Shipping is complimentary across India on all orders.

Delivery Process

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays
A signature is required upon delivery
If you are unavailable, the courier partner will attempt re-delivery or notify you via call/SMS/email
If the order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery, additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch

International Shipping

We offer international shipping.

International Shipping Charges are determined based on destination and package weight and will be communicated upon order confirmation.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and local taxes, which must be borne by the customer
These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are not included in our pricing

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Quality Check & Damages

Each garment undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch.

In the rare case that you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and our team will assist you accordingly.

Returns & Alterations

As all pieces are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges
We may assist with minor alterations if informed within a reasonable time after delivery
