• Do not tumble dry
• Avoid direct heat or ironing on embroidery or delicate fabrics

We accept all major debit cards, credit cards, and secure online payment methods.

Q. Is my payment secure?

Yes, all transactions are processed through secure and verified payment gateways to ensure complete safety.

Q. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, we operate on a full advance payment model for all orders.

Q. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Q. How long will delivery take?

Each piece is made-to-order, so delivery timelines will be shared at the time of purchase and in your order confirmation.

Q. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping charges are calculated on order confirmation based on your location.

Q. Are international duties included?

No, international shipping charges do not include customs duties or taxes. These must be borne by the customer.

Q. What are the domestic shipping charges?

Shipping is complimentary across India on all orders.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

All Pattu Kadhai pieces are made-to-order. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Q. Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not accept returns or exchanges as each garment is specially crafted for you.

Q. What if I receive a damaged product?

In the rare case of a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with relevant details. Our team will assist you accordingly.

Q. Do you offer alterations?

Yes, we may assist with minor alterations if informed within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Q. How are refunds handled?

In exceptional and approved cases, refunds are issued only as Credit Notes, valid for 6 months.
